Join our first masterclass in the Gateways series, beginning with ‘Making Theatre in Translation’ featuring translator William Gregory and director Sam Pritchard. Drawing insights from their celebrated 2022 Royal Court production, A Fight Against… (Una lucha contra…), this session invites theatre makers of all backgrounds to explore the exciting, nuanced intersections of directing, translation, and dramaturgy. Whether you’re a director, writer, translator, or performer, and welcoming speakers of all languages, this is your opportunity to engage deeply with innovative international storytelling. Connect, challenge conventions, and celebrate the journey of creating theatre that resonates beyond borders.

This masterclass will take place in person at Marylebone Theatre, 6:30-8:30pm on 20 May 2025.
